Description:
The subject of the public contract is construction work dealing with the widening of Šamalova Street between Zabrdovicka and Lazaretni Streets for the possibility of building a second full-scale entrance to the Zbrojovka location in the city of Brno (hereinafter referred to as "construction").
The construction deals with the modification of the existing street profile of Zabrdovicka Street from the zasfrom the Military Hospital to the railway bridge behind the Kuldova stop. It also includes an intervention in the connection of the southern roads (Šamalova, Kuldova), without changing their traffic solution. Towards the north, the existing Šamalova Street and buildings to the left of the road (separate building) will be demolished, thus creating a volnew space for new communication. To the north, the building is bordered by Lazaretni street, which will not be significantly modified, only a new intersection will be created. North of Lazaretni Street there will be a provisional connection to the Zbrojovka area, but the intersection is prepared for the continuation of the new Šamalova Street further onnorth by the Zbrojovka area.
The construction deals with the modification of the built-up area, the use will be similar to the existing use (roads, green areas).
