• Description:
• The subject of the public contract is the replacement of boilers and technical equipment in the building's basement. During construction, there will be minor construction work related to the installation of new technology in the boiler room. Current status: The buildings are heated from a gas heat source non-condensing boilers Destila DPL - 50 AE, 2x 49.5 kW from 1995. Exhausted through a common flue into the existing inset chimney body. In the boiler room, two mixing heating branches and a non-mixing heating branch are installed for the preparation of domestic hot water in indirect heating storage heater with a volume of 164 l. Security is provided by safety valves and a pressure expansion vessel. New status: The heat source will be the reconstructed heat source in 1 PP. The heat source consists of 2 hanging condensing boilers with an output of 49.5 kW at a gradient of 50/30 °C (46.5 kW at gradient 80/60 °C), minimum output 14.3 kW at gradient 50/30 °C (13 kW at gradient 80/60 °C) Min - max power input 13.3 - 47.5 kW, exactly according to itemized budget specifications. The boilers will be vented through a common flue into the newly inserted chimney body. There will be boilers draw combustion air from the installation space. Outlets from the safety valves and condensate will be led through the neutralization device to the floor drain. The heating water from the boilers will go through the hydraulic switch to the distributor with controlled branches for heating and unregulated branch for hot water heating. In front of the heater there will be a ball valve with a drive to stop when the desired temperature is reached. The controlled branches will be equipped with a pump with a frequency converter and an equithermally controlled mixing valve. Measurement of heat and water will be provided via the M-BUS system, the readings are handled by the MaR project.
