- The subject of this public contract is continuous supplies of unmanageable diagnostic quadrupolar electrophysiological catheters designed to ensure the diagnosis and treatment of heart rhythm disorders (hereinafter referred to as "SZM") for KKVC for adults - cardiology clinic 2. Pursuant to Annex 1 Purchase Agreement - List of goods with unit prices.
The contracting authority will use the SZM for efficient and emergency applications, so it requires a consignment warehouse from the supplier at its workplace, through which the supplier will also deliver goods that will be subject to the concluded contract. The binding Terms and Conditions of Consignment are given in Annex 2 Purchase Agreements - the Contract on the Establishment and Management of the Consignment Warehouse.
