• Description:
• Anesthesiological device for MR Lung ventilator for MR The subject of this public contract is the supply of anesthesiology equipment to the MR - 1st part and the supply of a patient ventilator to the MR - 2nd part including accessories for the needs of Motolský oncology FNMH centers. The subject of performance also includes: (i.) Installation of the device and its commissioning, including verification of its functionality, performance of all prescribed examinations and tests. (ii.)Instruction/training of medical personnel carried out by a person authorized to do so pursuant to § 41 of Act No. 375/2022 Coll., on medical devices and in vitro diagnostic medical devices (hereinafter referred to as "Act No. 375/2022 Coll."). (iii.) Warranty and post-warranty service of the device, which will be carried out by the person authorized for this activity, namely on based on the manufacturer's certificate of service technician training according to § 44-46 of Act No. 375/2022 Coll. The subject of this public contract is the delivery of anesthesiology equipment to the MR including accessories for the needs of the Motol Oncology Center of the FNMH. Included the subject of performance is further: (i.) Installation of the device and its commissioning, including verification of its functionality, performance of all prescribed examinations and tests. (ii.)
