• Semi-automatic filling device 1 pc Two-channel speed pump 5 pcs The subject of the performance of this public order is the supply of 1 piece of semi-automatic filling equipment (1st part of the VZ) and 5 pcs of two-channel speed pump (2nd part of the VZ), which are necessary to ensure operation of the pharmacy and the preparation of medicines (hereinafter and above only "the device") for the needs of the Motol Oncology Center FNMH. Offered device incl. accessories must meet the technical requirements for the subject of performance specified by the contracting authority, within the scope specified in the appendix No. 1 of the purchase contract - Technical specification of the subject of performance, on separate sheets of the appendix. The subject of performance also includes: (i.) Installation of the device and its commissioning, including verification of its functionality, performance of all prescribed tests and tests; (ii.)Instruction/training of medical personnel; (iii.) Warranty and post-warranty full service of the device, which will be carried out by a person authorized for this activity, based on the manufacturer's certificate of service technician training. The subject of the fulfillment of the 1st part public contract is the supply of 1 piece of semi-automatic filling device (hereinafter referred to as "the device") for the needs of the Motol Oncology Center of the FNMH. Offered device incl. accessories must meet the technical requirements for the subject of performance specified by the contracting authority, and to the extent set out in Annex No. 1 of the purchase contract - Technical specification of the subject of performance.
