- The purpose of the public contract of the relevant part 4, which is financed from the SIMIR 5 project according to paragraph 2.2 of the ZD, will enable the contracting authority to acquire and equipment of the calibration laboratory of immission and its innovation necessary for the fulfillment of legislative obligations of immission monitoring and improving the quality of air quality in the Czech Republic. The subject of the public contract is the supply of equipment including accessories, transport, installation, complete commissioning, familiarization of the operator with the technique in compliance with the conditions laid down by this tender documentation. The contracting authority reserves 3 month trial operation of the equipment (more detailed conditions are listed in Annex 4 The draft purchase contract). The detailed specification of the subject of performance of the public contract is contained directly in the tender documentation and in its attachments. The Simir 5 project is financed by 100 % of the OPE 2021-2027 funds, a specific goal (SC) 1.6 Strengthening of nature conservation and preservation, biodiversity and green infrastructure, also in urban areas, and reducing all forms of pollution.
