Description:
The subject of the public order is the construction work involved in the implementation of the first stage of the Viov Multifunctional Cultural Center event, i.e. mainly in the reconstruction of the existing building in general (structural-static rehabilitation and real interior) for its future cultural use. The filling is special renovation of the roof and vault structures, insulation of the building, realization of heating, right and lighting of window and door openings, including replacement of filling, replacement of floor structures and installation of sanitary floors. The related traffic and technical work in the area will be carried out accordingly, especially the renovation of the parking lot wall (inside the ZTP wall), constructed infiltration bodies for storm water management and reinforced road crossings/reinforced surfaces, including the necessary connection of the building to the technical infrastructure (water supply, sewage, electricity and gas).
