- Description:
- The subject of the contract is the development of project documentation for construction management and for the execution of the construction, as well as the compilation of a statement of measurements for the realization of the new building of the multifunctional hall of the ZŠ in Mikulovice. Complete documentation will be processed according to applicable legislation, and including documentary parts to the extent necessary. Statements, decisions, opinions, binding opinions of the relevant state administration bodies and opinions of the owners of the transport and technical infrastructure in the document parts of the individual levels of PD will be provided by the PD contractor. PD will be handed over 5x in physical (printed) form and 1x in electronic form on CD/DVD or flash drive. The PD must be based on a study prepared by the company ILB prostav s.r.o., IČO 288 10 180, Na Kopci 316, 530 02 Mikulovice. This study is attached to the tender documentation. The progress of the design works and their partial results will be continuously consulted and submitted for approval by the contracting authority. The subject of the contract is described in more detail in the text of the draft contract for the work, which forms an appendix to this procurement documentation.
