Description:
The subject of the fulfillment of this public contract is the following activities:
• Technical solution and processing of implementing documentation based on the documentation of the Multifunctional Arena construction in Hradec Kralove entitled "Multifunctional football stadium Hradec KraloveArchaplan s.r.o. In the degree of documentation for building permits and for the award and execution of the construction, including the statement of the statement of "Archaplan s.r.o. - author of the project documentation for the construction of the multifunctional arena in Hradec Kralovepublic law decisions (decision on authorization of intention), if required by the Building Act; Otherwise, the Supplier shall provide and submit to the contracting authority pursuant to Section 174 of Act No. 283/2021 Coll., The Building Act (hereinafter referred to as the "Building Act")
