- The subject of the public contract in this procurement procedure is:
a) the processing of the initial graphic design of the periodical from the materials submitted by the client (the editorial board of the newsletter Jilovska sova) in the formats WORD, EXCEL, PDF, JPG, etc. (includes the sorting and arrangement of articles into a "matrix" , editing formats, selecting typu, size, font color, quality assessment and photo selection, etc.),
b) submission of the initial graphic design for modifications and corrections to the editorial board,
c) implementation (incorporation) of changes, comments, additions to the original design,
d) submission of the modified initial draft to the editorial board for the final oagreement,
e) creation of final print data (= a file of the final graphic version of the current edition of the newsletter for printing in PDF format) and their transfer to the editorial board (at the same time transfer to the designated representative of the printer responsible for printing),
f) creation of the final web form of the periodical and its handoverto the editorial board of the newsletter,

g) execution of printing (from the final data and graphic file handed over to the printer by the client)

h) delivery of individual editions of the municipal newsletter Jilovska sova,the delivery of the entire monthly edition of the newsletter by the contracting authority to the performance sites is required according to this procurement documentation, similarly specified in the provision of the relevant article of the draft Contract for the work, - Documents:
