- The subject of the performance of the public contract is the conclusion of a framework agreement with the bidder ensuring the supply of diesel fuel in accordance with ฤSN EN 590, including the transport and bottling of imported diesel fuel (hereinafter also referred to as "goods") to the client's tank (the capacity of the tank is 40,000 l, a bottling pump with a capacity of approx. 530 - 550 l/min,at the entrance there is a Goessler type 3" quick coupling in its premises at the address Hลฏrka 1803, 530 12 Pardubice with an estimated annual volume of 360,000 liters. The framework agreement will be concluded with one bidder and will be processed in accordance with ยง134 of 134/2016 Coll. ie, without resuming the competition. The fulfillment period is expected from1/1/2023 to 31/12/2023 and is subject to the termination of the public contract and the conclusion of the Framework Agreement.
