- The subject of the implementation of the VZ is construction work consisting in the implementation of anti-flood measures on the river Desna in km 12,088-14,231. This is the construction of flood protection measures in the length of 2.143 km located on both banks of the river Desna, including related construction works. There is a plan in the section of wide floodplainsto leave as many of these areas as possible for natural flood spills. Access to the watercourse is ensured by dike crossings and descents to the berm and directly to the Desna bed. Several fords are also proposed as part of the construction. Flood protection objects have the character of earth dams, or, in the caselack of space, reinforced concrete walls.
The construction also includes the reconstruction of the road bridge over the river Desna, the reconstruction of the weir, the construction of a footbridge over the river, the reconstruction of roads and sidewalks and the relocation of utility networks.
