- It is a purchase of ND for a motor pill and brushcutter, namely:
• 1 pc Clutch cover STIHL FS460 C Code: 41471600617
• 1 pc Guide rail 15"/38cm, 1.5 mm 64 article Oregon AdvanceCut, code: 158SLBK095 ( hereinafter referred to as goods).
The properly completed and SIGNED DRAFT contract is an integral part of this VZ.
If you are a messemployer employing more than 50% of persons with disabilities and you are authorized to provide substitute performance, please reserve this performance.
In the total price, include all costs associated with delivery to the place of fillingi -i.e. VU 6624 Bechyně (VAT, transport to destination, etc.). Additional costs will not be allowed. This price cannot be corrected even in case of numerical error.
VERY CHECK THE IDENTICAL VALUE OF THE OFFER AND THE DRAFT CONTRACT.
Offers will be evaluated on the basis of the price offered by the bidder for the completion of the completetional deliveries in compliance with the requirements of the tender procedure. The evaluation of the selection procedure will take place within 14 working days from the end of the submission of bids. The winning supplier will be contacted within 14 working days of the evaluation. Time for the possibility of appeal against the announcement of the winner of the demand procedure - 3 working days. - Documents :
