Description:
The subject of the public contract is the implementation of the work within the project entitled: "Břeclav Hospital, p.o. - Complex energy savings of pavilion N including gastrotechnologies", which consists of the I. stage of the project, which is focused on the reconstruction of the existing gastro operation of pavilion N; and II. stages that consist ofmodifications to the building envelope. In more detail, the subject of the public contract is specified in the project documentation, which forms Annex No. 5 of the tender documentation, lists of construction works, supplies and services with measurement statements (Annex No. 2 of the tender documentation) and the energy assessment (Annex No. 9 of the tender documentation).
Forthe project is divided into individual stages due to the subsidized financing of the entire project from the different subsidized titles listed in Article 6 of the tender documentation. The schedule of specific activities will be designed by the selected supplier so that the proposed technological procedure makes sense and the subject of the public contract is completeen in the required time (see Article 5 of the procurement documentation).
I. the project stage mainly consists in the reconstruction of the catering operation, supply and installation of gastrotechnology (hereinafter also referred to as the "part of gastrotechnology").
II. the stage of the project, which concerns the envelope of the building of pavilion N, mainly consists in the insulation of the building, replacement of opening fillings, replacement of interior lighting, installation of shading technology, forced ventilation, regulation of the heating system and installation of MaR and other measures that have a demonstrable effect on reducing primary energy consumption.
