• Description:
• The subject of the performance of the public contract is: a) provide the customer with technology for network traffic monitoring, performance analysis and anomaly detection, including all necessary licenses, in the specification according to Annex No. 1 of the binding model contract, which is an annex to this procurement documentation, including all accessories, documentation and other things necessary to use these technologies (hereinafter also "monitoring technology") for a period of 60 months; b) ensure technical support of technology for monitoring with specified parameters, including defect corrections, software updates/upgrades, firmware and other services described in Appendix No. 1 of the binding model contract, for a period of 60 months; c) at the customer's request, provide the customer with the development of monitoring technology for the duration of this contract and consultation hours for monitoring technology.
