- Description:
- The subject of the public contract is the construction work involving the modification of the completed building, namely the rebuilding of the LTO boiler room into a biofuel boiler room with a capacity of approx. 400 kW. As part of the installation of the new heat source, the installation of new hot water distribution for the individual will be carried out objects. The buildings will be connected to the newly adapted central boiler room with an underground heat pipe made of insulated pipes covered with a shingle. The hot water connections will be led under the surface for each object separately in the expected route, see the situation drawing of the project documentation. There will be minimal interference with the hot water distribution in the existing buildings, only a new connection will be made using fittings, including the installation of a new heat consumption meter for the buildings. The subject of the general contract is described in detail in the project documentation prepared by Ing. tpn Hbl, Veliby 24, 54701 Studnice, ID: 15002284, chief designer Ing. tpn Hbl, KAIT 0002710, (according to the documentation projects only) and in a non-valuable promissory note (blind estimate).
