• Description:
• The subject of the contract is to realize a new building of elementary school. The construction is defined pursuant to Section 92 (2) of the Act using the contracting authority's requirements for performance and function, within which the selected supplier for the offer price, inter alia:, inter alia:
  1. It processes all required documentation, in particular the documentation for the construction of the building, and performs all related, especially engineering, reconnaissance and geodetic activities, static assessment, etc.;
  2. It realizes the construction according to the processed documentation for the construction of the construction in accordance with the requirements of the contracting authority;
  3. Ensures the building approval.
  The construction of a primary school will have a capacity of 2 x 9 classes (9 School years of 2 classes) and in addition to tribal classes will include mainly changing rooms, school canteen, professional classrooms (physics, natural history, chemistry, art education, music education, computer science, polytechnic classroom with training cuisine, language classroom Office Deputy Director, Secretariat, staff room), library, gym and outdoor sports ground with facilities.
  Part of the public contract does not include some parts of the school, the execution of which will be entered in separate tendering (free furniture, gastrosis equipment, low -voltage installation equipment).
