- The subject of the public contract is: The intention of the builder is the construction of a new base for the first aid rescue service in the area of the Rokycany hospital. It is a location at the eastern border with a slight slope of the terrain to the south - partially reinforced/ partially grassy. This is located at the southern branch of a detourbituminous roads lining the existing building to which it will be connected to the traffic. The planned resort of the EMS consists of a main building containing garages of exit vehicles with accessories, staff background and handwash dishwasher. This includes an additional warehouse building, retention tank and operational paved areas.The buildings are ground -floor, basement, covered with a flat roof - with a height of the attic variable according to the functional filling. By entering the client is to fulfill the qualitative parameters in the passive standard, the equipment at the level of the regional network of the EMS and at the same time operating independence from Ronem.
