  1. Execution of projection and engineering activities resting in/V:
  1.1 Elaboration of project documentation in the level for building construction, following the customer provided by the documentation for building permit (or for authorization of the project), processed by Atelier Elzet s.r.o., Budějovicka 2201, 390 02 Tabor, IČ: 08714771; The project documentation in the level for the construction will be processed in the requirements according to the applicable and effective legislation related to its content to the subject of performance, in particular § 157 and § 158 of the Building Act No. 283/2021 Coll., As amended Regulations, Decree No. 131/2024 Coll., On documentation of buildings, as amended, according to its Annex 8 or New Decree, in relation to the relevant provisions of Act 134/2016 Coll.
