- The subject of the public contract is the construction of the new pavilion No. 60 of the acute psychiatric department. It is a three -storey partially basement building consisting of two parts connected by a neck. The building building is considered with these operations:
SO 01 New Pavilion No. 60
In 1. NP is Place the main entrance to the building with outpatient operations in the form of central income, imaging methods, laboratories and ECT. There is also a gym and dressing rooms for staff. Four bed units, each for 30 beds in the 2nd NP and 3 NP. This is a closed bed unit for Men, for women, for children and coeduated acute bed unit. 1. PP is located only under part of the building and is used primarily for technical rooms.
SO 01 The new building of pavilion No. 60 is divided into two buildings of 60.1 and 60.2, which are connected by a connecting neck. For billing purposes the object is divided (according to the award -winning bill) as follows: SO 01 - children's ward, SO 02 - male, female and coeduated wards, SO 03 - common areas. Each of these parts SO 01, SO 02 and SO 03 will be invoiced separately.
In addition to the SO 01 building building, utilities and operating files will be implemented.
