- The subject of the public contract is to ensure the performance of the technical supervision of the builder (TDS) and the occupational health and safety coordinator (OSH) and the provision of related services during the construction, construction, demolition and other works of all buildings of the DZR Vrchlabi within the scope and specificationsication given by the demolition work documentation (hereinafter "DBP") project documentation at the stage of Construction Execution Documentation (hereinafter "DPS") processed by the company Technico Opava s.r.o., with registered office Hradecka 1576/51, PΕedmΔsti, 746 01 Opava, IΔO 25849204, hereinafter also in accordance with the conditions stated in the administrative yeardecisions: joint permit No. MUVR/36235/2022/ERLMA dated 4 November 2022, decision on the removal of the building No. MUVR/22438/2021/ERLMA dated 26 May 2021 and consent to the removal of the building No. MUVR/9445/2022/ERLMA dated 14/03/2022 issued by the Vrchlabi Municipal Office, building authority.
Partthe subject of the work is also to ensure the performance of TDS and the OSH coordinator during work and installation of professions, i.e. e.g. ZTI, UT, VZT, high-current and low-current electrical installations, outdoor objects, paved areas, connections, etc.
Part of the subject of the work is also to ensure the performance TDS activities and coordinatestor OSH during work and installation of building equipment, i.e. deliveries of beds, free interior furniture, electronics, RHB aids, etc.
