- The subject of the performance of the public order is construction work consisting in the construction of a new building of building B and another in the premises of the Faculty Hospital Olomouc.
The company "Projekty FN Olomouc - new construction of building B", the administrator of the company LT PROJEKT a.s., based on the public order entitled "FN Olomouc - new buildingmain building B and interior addition of low-threshold emergency reception - project documentation" prepared project documentation for the client broken down by individual stages:
a) New construction of main building B
b) Interior addition of low-threshold emergency reception
c) Construction of connecting corridors betweenthe construction of building B and the existing building A
The new construction of the main building B, the interior addition of the low-threshold emergency reception and the connecting corridor between the new construction of building B and the existing building A form one functional unit, which will be implemented as part of one construction project. The customer leaves it fully in the competenceand the contractor, in which order the individual stages will be completed.
Due to the different financing of the individual stages, the customer decided to submit three separately processed project documentation and three functionally linked drafts of the contract for the construction of the building to the procurement procedure:
a) New construction mainbuilding B will be financed in accordance with the terms of the program Strategic Investments directly managed by organizations of the Ministry of Health.... - Documents :
