- The subject of the public contract is the delivery, installation and commissioning of 5 supply and personnel lifts in the B-bed pavilion, including the dismantling and ecological disposal of the existing lifts (hereinafter referred to as the "work"). project documentsntation of elevators,
b) project processing of the construction part related to the installation of elevators,
c) accompanying report, summary technical report and technical report,
d) fire safety solution,
e) inspection and CE certification by a notified body.
The work also includes :
a) connection of the equipment to the power supplysources, connection to low-current distributions,
b) transportation of the device to the destination, its unpacking and inspection,
c) handing over the declaration of conformity of the delivered goods with approved standards, handing over CE certificates,
d) putting the device into full operation,
e) dismantling, removal and ecological disposal of existing oneselevators,
f) warranty service of elevators.
Putting the equipment into full operation includes in particular:
a) its adjustment, testing and verification of correct and complete functionality,
b) performing test operation in the scope of min. 14 days,
c) providing training for the operator and maintenance of the delivered equipment,
d) procurement of all publiclevel decisions and permits needed to put the equipment into full operation and for the approval of the equipment, if they are a condition for the equipment to be able to fulfill the agreed or usual purpose, with the exception of the building permit and approval.
