- The subject of the public contract is the design of the new exhibitions of the Museum of Jemnicka by the realization of internal equipment and furniture, luminaires, lighting elements and lighting system, audiovisual techniques and security techniques, in the extent and under the conditions specified in the tender documentation and her attachments.
Interior
The subject of part 1 of the public contract is:
-Doing, assembly, installation, commissioning and detailed settings together Compiled and interconnected elements of new exhibitions of the Museum of Jemnicka, incl. graphics (according to a proposal to pass to the selected supplier), internal equipment and furniture,
-wood
This is to the extent and under the conditions specified in the tender documentation and its annexes, in particular the relevant project documentation and a list of supplies and works that form Annex 1 of the tender documentation, and in binding business and contractual Terms and Conditions, which as the text of the contract form Annex 5 of the tender documentation for part 1 of the public contract, and so that the subject is fully functional and can be fully used for its purpose.
A necessary condition for suppliers selected for the fulfillment of this part of the public contract is coordination of its compliance with by fulfilling the suppliers of other parts of the public contract.
