The nature and amount of work, supplies or services or the relevant needs and requirements: The subject of the public contract is the construction work associated with the investment intention of building a temporary construction with a minimum duration of 5 years in the branch of the Separate Plant of the Contracting Authority, a.s. - Masaryk Hospital in Ústí nad Labem, o.z., Rumburk workplace, where the operation of the Rumburk hospital will be placed for the temporary period of the Rumburk hospital building. The temporary construction of the new building will be designed and built as a modular building from prefabricated modules or ISO containers connected in a compact single -storey object. The new laboratory building will be designed and built to allow at least one additional useful floor designed for administrative operation (offices) or medical operation (ie ambulance, inpatient department, etc.).
