• Description:
• The subject of the public contract is the implementation of the work "New Obstetrics and Gynecology Complex", according to the project documentation for the issuance of a joint permit forming the annex to tender documentation No. 2 and the subsequent project documentation for the implementation of construction forming the appendix to tender documentation No. 4 and under the conditions resulting from the valid joint permit forming the annex to tender documentation No. 3 (hereinafter referred to as "Construction" or "Work") in the premises of the contracting authority during its operation and related necessary construction and engineering activities. The result of the procurement procedure is the conclusion of a work contract (including others of the documents that make up the contract for the work) according to the Contractual conditions for the construction of civil and engineering structures designed by the client, the so-called FIDIC RED BOOK, 1st edition, 1999, published in Czech translation by the Czech Association of Consulting Engineers (CACE) and other documents that make up the contract for the work. In detail the definition of the subject of the public contract, including the technical conditions in the details necessary for the processing of the offer, is specified in the annexes to the procurement documentation.
