Description:
The subject of the performance of the public contract is the execution of work consisting of:
a) Creation of Initial documentation, i.e. development of an implementation project, implementation analysis and detailed solution proposal
b) Creation of a new turnkey tax information system, which in Stage I will consist of an interconnectedand a functional information system with all documentation, which as a whole will enable the proper administration of real estate tax and income tax from dependent activities, including the collection of individualized data of taxpayers of this tax using the records, processes and functionalities associated with them, which will also be usable forall other tax agendas carried out at further stages of nDIS (these other stages are not the subject of this procurement procedure)
c) provision of flat-rate services, namely:
- Availability services
- Asset and configuration management services
- Support services
- Service services
- Backup and recovery services
d) Implementation of Slfor the implementation of the Exit Plan and
e) Provision of Services on demand, including:
- Services of analysis, consultation and application-specific services
- Services of training to order
- Services of relocation of the nDIS I System to another operating environment and
- Services of development of the nDIS System
