• The subject of the performance of the public contract is the preparation of the Territorial Plan (hereinafter referred to as the "Territorial Plan") of Pelhřimov in accordance with Act No. 283/2021 Coll., the Building Act as amended, Decree No. 157/2024 Coll., on spatial planning documents, spatial planning documentation and the unified standard as amended wording, according to the Terms of Reference approved by the Pelhřimov City Council on June 21, 2023 and other strategic documents and studies of the City of Pelhřimov and the Vysočina Region (hereinafter referred to as the "Work") namely: A. Proposal of ÚP Pelhřimov for joint meeting (graphic and text part) and SEA environmental impact assessment (requirement of the competent authority in the opinion on the assignment of the Ú); B.
