• Description:
• The subject of the VZ is the purchase of the service: Nickel plating of metal parts of ceremonial weapons 52/57. We require the removal of the original surface treatment layer (it can be nickel, chrome or black fired paint). Furthermore, ensuring the preparation of parts before nickel plating and then surface treatment with shiny nickel. Complthe set weighs 2,380 kg and consists of 9 elements described in the appendix.
  The subject of the contract is the preparation of material for nickel plating and nickel plating of 45 sets of metal parts and components of the 7.62 mm self-loading rifle vz. 52/57 for ceremonial purposes (for the Castle Guard and Garrison Administration).
  
  WARNING this is how you cleanthe given rifle is not the same as the original rifle vz. 52/57!
  
  Requirements for the execution of work:
  1) Removal of damaged and old surface treatment (nickel plating, coatings, rust) on individual metal parts and components by grinding them to a smooth finish without disturbing the profiling, functional dimensions and drawing of individual jointsastek
  2) Carrying out nickel plating on all parts and components with such a technology that guarantees long-term durability against impacts, abrasion and weathering. Assembly composition: bolt case with barrel (rifle system), bayonet with buttstock, buttplate, bolt cover, trigger mechanism with trigger, springsockets and caps. See picture attachment.
  
  VZ must be fulfilled once in the complete list of required items.
  
  The draft contract is part of the tender documentation. The winning company shall document an affidavit in accordance with Council Regulation (EU) No. 269/2014 and Council Regulation (EC) No. 765/2006 that itsboth or the performance offered by him, including his subcontractors, are not subject to international sanctions, and that he is not a natural or legal person, entity or body included in the sanctions list.

  All communication (inquiries) between the client and the supplier takes place exclusively on the NEN electronic marketplace portal.
  
  The provider collects the relevant material at the addresswith: VZ 5512 Jaroměř, Novoměstska 227, 55102 Jaroměř Josefov, on working days, 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., on Fridays until 12:00 p.m. (a suitable telephone notice, Samkova Jana, tel. 973246149). After the nickel plating, it will be sent to this address again. Transport will be included in the price of the work.
