- The subject of the contract is the performance of the activities of the OSH coordinator during the implementation of the projects of the Rajskeho court of the new convent and a convent chapel. Both buildings will take place in the area of ββthe Kladruby Kladruby Kladruby u StΕibra, the realization is planned for the period 4Q/2025 - 3Q/2028. In order to coordinate actions, the contracting authority enters performanceThe activities of the OSH coordinator as one contract, although the implementation of the building modifications of the Rajsky Court and the restoration renewal of the convent chapel will be awarded as a contract divided into parts. Both buildings in the area will take place in parallel with the visitor operation of the monastery and will be held in the area another construction event- Restoration of roofs and roof trusses of old prelature and an old convent.
The renewal of the Rajsky court includes the removal of emergency structures, a complete renovation of 3 exhibition rooms in the northern wing of the new convent (ground floor). The area of ββthe Rajsky court of the new convent will be divided by a network of threshing paths that take placeThey run from the center element - wells with a pavilion on the axes of the individual wings of the convent. Due to the need to drain water from the tidal rains from the courtyard, its mild 1.5-2 % of the sloping from the gutter sidewalks is designed to the well. The capacity of the tanks is in total designed to 17 m3.
