- The subject of the public contract is construction modifications of the existing building without its spatial extension. The subject of the construction works will be sensitive historic restoration, conservation and restoration of existing elements and structures (wall surfaces, floor and ceiling structures, carpentry, blacksmithing, locksmithse and stone elements), an integral part of the construction work will be the construction of new internal electrical wiring and EPS. The shape of the roof and the floor plan dimensions of the object in question do not change.
