Description:
Region of Northern Moravia - provision of agency employment services
The subject of the performance of the public contract is the provision of agency employment services for the purpose of obtaining temporarily assigned employees for certain types of work positions associated with the provision of primarily postal services in case of increased pdifferent labor needs in the contracting authority's organizational units within the territory defined by the contracting authority as the North Moravia region. The fulfillment of the public contract will be implemented on the basis of the framework agreement on the provision of agency employment services, which will be concluded on the basis of the result of the procurement processcontract for a period of 24 months with multiple suppliers, namely with at least (5) five suppliers. If the contracting authority is unable to select min. number of suppliers mentioned in the previous sentence, the contracting authority may enter into a framework agreement with a lower number of suppliers who meet the tender conditions. Public contracts based on framework agreementsy will be entered in a procedure without resumption of competition between the participants of the framework agreement.
