Description:
The subject of the performance of the public contract is the provision of agency employment services for the purpose of obtaining temporarily assigned employees for certain types of jobs associated with the provision of postal services in the event of an increased operational need for manpower in the contracting authority's organizational unitswithin the territory defined by the contracting authority as the Northern Moravia region. The fulfillment of the public contract will be implemented on the basis of a framework agreement on the provision of agency employment services (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement"), which will be concluded on the basis of the result of the procurement procedure for a period of 24 months with several suppliers, namely withat least (3) three suppliers, while if the contracting authority is unable to select this min. number of suppliers, may conclude a Contract with a lower number of suppliers who meet the tender conditions.
