- Description:
- The subject of the order is the realization of the new construction of two separate buildings, Nováček II and Home for persons with ASD. Both buildings are designed for housing people with ASD (autism spectrum disorders) in combination with other mental and physical disabilities. Accommodation clients here they will be throughout their lives. Due to their handicap, the clients are not capable of an independent full-fledged life, therefore the accommodation part is supplemented by the operations of social and health workers, further by technical operation operations - kitchens, laundries, boiler rooms, administrative facilities, therapy rooms, etc. Both buildings are non-basement, single-storey (due to barrier-free operation), Nováček II with a gable roof, the home for people with ASD has a flat roof with extensive greenery. The subject of the project is construction of an area road with the necessary number of parking spaces according to the calculation of traffic at rest for the proposed buildings HOME FOR PASSPORTS and NOVÁČEK II BUILDING (home with special regime). The proposed area road will be connected to the existing local road road leading from Na Chmelnice Street. The entrance to these buildings will follow the entrance to the Infants' Institute, when each operation, the Infants' Institute and the proposed PAS and Nováček II buildings, will have their own entrance gate. Vegetation will be carried out as part of the construction modifications, especially the planting of new trees and shrub groups.
