- The subject of the order is the realization of the new construction of two separate buildings, Novaček II and Home for persons with ASD. Both buildings are designed for housing people with ASD (autism spectrum disorders) in combination with other mental and physical disabilities. Accommodation clients will be here for their entire life. clients, due to their handicap, they are not capable of an independent full-fledged life, therefore the accommodation part is supplemented by the operations of social and health workers, further by the technical operations - kitchens, laundries, boiler rooms, administrative facilities, therapy rooms, etc. Both buildings have no basement, single-storey (due to barrier-free operation), Novaček II with a gable roof, a home for people with ASD has a flat roof with extensive greenery. The subject of the project is the construction of an area road with the necessary number of parking spaces according to the calculation of traffic at rest for the proposed objects HOME FOR PEOPLE WITH PASSPORT and FACILITY FOR NEWCOMERS II (home with a special regime). The proposed area road will be connected to the existing local road leading from Na Chmelnice Street. The entrance to these buildings will follow the entrance to the Infants' Institute, when each operation, the Infants' Institute and the proposed buildings PAS and Novaček II, will have its own entrance gate.
