- Novice II and Home for people with ASD The subject of the order is the realization of the new construction of two separate buildings, Nováček II and Home for persons with ASD. Both buildings are designed for housing people with ASD (autism spectrum disorders) in combination with other mental and physical disability. Accommodation clients will be here for their entire life. Due to their handicap, the clients are not capable of independent full-fledged life, therefore the accommodation part is supplemented by the operations of social and health workers, further by the operations technical and operational - kitchen, laundries, boiler rooms, administrative facilities, therapy rooms, etc. Both buildings have no basement, one floor (due to barrier-free operation), Nováček II with a gable roof, the home for people with ASD has a flat roof with extensive greenery. The subject of the project is the construction of an area road with the necessary number of parking spaces according to the calculation of traffic at rest for the proposed buildings HOME FOR PEOPLE WITH PASSPORTS and OBJECT NOVÁČEK II (home with a special regime). Proposed site communication will be connected to the existing local road leading from Na Chmelnice Street. The entrance to these buildings will follow the entrance to the Infants' Institute, when each operation, the Infants' Institute and the proposed PAS and Nováček II buildings, will have their own entrance gate.
