• Description:
• The subject of this public contract is the supply of kitchens, appliances, atypical and typical furniture for the equipment of a children's group according to the detailed specification in Appendix No. 4 to this procurement documentation. The atypicality of the furniture lies mainly in the requirements related to it intended use - for small children, some of whom are under four years of age. All supplied furniture must meet the requirements defined by the contracting authority in Appendix No. 4 to the tender documentation - Technical specification and table of the tender price. The supplier will provide guarantee for the entire subject of performance in the scope of 24 months (see also the relevant terms and conditions in Appendix No. 3 to this procurement documentation - draft contract). The subject of the performance of the public order includes the delivery of the complete required furniture, unpacking, placement and assembly and removal and disposal of packaging material. Before the delivery of the equipment, it is necessary to measure the space for placing the products in order to take into account the actual execution of the construction. All parts of the subject of performance of each individual part of this public contract must be new. The client emphasizes that the selected materials used must be suitable for children under five years of age. Documentation of the subject of performance must be in the Czech language. The information and data given in the individual parts of this procurement documentation define binding requirements the contracting authority for the performance of a public contract. The participant is obliged to respect these requirements when processing his offer and to fully and without exception accept them in his offer.
