- The subject of this public contract is to ensure the cooperation of the spa facility as part of the data collection for the purpose of processing clinical research in patients with a prescribed comprehensive spa therapeutic rehabilitation care (hereinafter referred to as "KLP") for the indication of XI/1, included according to the input criteria and residing in the spa facility in FrantiΕ‘kovy LaznΔ.
The spa facility for the purposes of this tender documentation means a registered provider of a comprehensive spa hospital rehabilitation care covered by public health insurance in the territory of FrantiΕ‘kovy LaznΔ, which has a valid permit for the use of natural medicines Resources and at the same time hold the consent of the Ministry of Health with the provision of spa rehabilitation care. It is a spa facility providing a complex spa treatment of rehabilitation care according to the above requirements and selected indication criteria of the clinical study "Objectivization The effect of a comprehensive spa rehabilitation care on the treatment of female infertility ".
The aim of the study is to objectify the effect of KLP on the treatment of female infertility in FrantiΕ‘kovy LaznΔ in patients with an indication of XI/1 sterility and primary infertility (3 or more spontaneous abortions), secondary sterility based inflammatory and functional, abortus habitualis).
