The subject of this public contract is to ensure the cooperation of the provider (spa facility) in a clinical study in patients with a prescribed comprehensive spa -rehabilitation care (KLP "for indications VIII/1, VIII/2, VIII/3 and VIII/4 included according to the input criteria Spa facility in Marianske Lazně.
For the purposes of this tender documentation, the spa facility means a registered provider of a comprehensive spa hospital rehabilitation care covered by public health insurance in the territory of Karlovy Vary, which has a valid permits to use natural medicines Resources and at the same time hold the consent of the Ministry of Health with the provision of spa rehabilitation care. It is a spa facility providing a complex spa treatment of rehabilitation care according to the above requirements and selected indication criteria of the clinical study "Objectivization The effect of a complex spa therapeutic rehabilitation care on nephrological and urological diseases in Marianske Lazně ".
All data will be structured, only equipped with "ID codes" of individual patients. The Codes ID must be handed over to the selected laboratory device that will be responsible for performing laboratory diagnostics for all subscriptions.
