- Description:
- The subject of the public contract is the supply of furniture for the CREATIC LF MU workplace. The subject of this public contract is further specified in detail and will be further implemented under the commercial and technical conditions defined in the draft Contract in Annex A of the procurement documentation, which are an integral part of this procurement documentation. The public contract is divided into parts. Parts of the public contract represent individual items - types of required performance listed in the document "Technical specification of items and itemized budget", which forms Annex No. 1 of the draft contract (1 list item = 1 separate part of the public contract). An item can also have several sub-items - several different types of fulfillment). The participant is entitled to submit his bid for one part (item) of this public contract or for several parts (items) of this public contract or for all parts (items) of this public contract. The contract for each individual part of the VZ (item) will always be concluded with the participant whose offer will be selected as the most suitable for the relevant part of the VZ (item) based on the evaluation criteria.
