- • This is the purchase of office material - laminators - outside of the central contract in numbers and types according to Annex No. 1, "Price specification of goods" and Annex No. 2 "Specifications" (hereafter referred to as goods). valid link to www.site, description, RN, prodbill of sale, etc. of the assortment offered by you.
The duly completed and SIGNED DRAFT contract is an integral part of this VZ.
If you are an employer employing more than 50% of people with disabilities and you are authorized to provide substitute performance, please reserve this performance.
Non-fulfilment of someoneparts of the VZ will not accept the offer of the given candidate.
In the total price, include all costs associated with delivery to the place of fulfillment - i.e. VU 6624 Bechyně (VAT, transport to destination, etc.). Additional costs will not be allowed. This price cannot be corrected even in case of numerical error.
PROPERLY OVERCONTROLL AND IDENTICAL VALUE of the offer and draft contract.
Offers will be evaluated on the basis of the price offered by the bidder for the completion of the complete supply while complying with the requirements of the tender process. The evaluation of the selection procedure will take place within 14 working days from the end of the submission of bids. The winning supplier will behunted within 14 working days of evaluation. Time for the possibility of appeal against the announcement of the winner of the demand procedure - 3 working days. - Documents :
