Description:
The subject of the public contract is the supply of a total of 3 two-arm operating lamps with accessories for the needs of the COS department (central operating theatres) of the Šumperk a.s. Hospital, according to the detailed specification of the subject of planing contained in Annex No. 4 ZD - Technical specification and under the conditions set out in the nexth annexes to this procurement documentation, especially in annex No. 5 ZD - Purchase contract.
The subject of the performance is the replacement of the operating lamp in 3 operating rooms. Each "set" for the operating room "double-arm lamp" consists of: 1 pc main light, 1 pc satellite light and 1 pc mechanical preparation for thirdi arm for the monitor.
An integral part of the subject of performance is also the realization of a reinstallable installation (i.e. an installation that can be uninstalled and reinstalled in the future after the planned reconstruction of the operating theaters) of the delivered operating lamps in the operating theaters of the client (specifically,these are operating theaters No. 1, 2 and 5).
