- The subject of filling in VZ is the supply and installation of the robotic operating system according to the technical specification (hereinafter referred to as the "device" or "robotic operating system"), the supply of all necessary consumables and warranty and post -warranty service.
The Subject of VZ Filling is specified in detail in a binding proposal Purchase contracts (Annex 1 ZD - draft purchase contract), binding proposal of service contract (Annex 2 ZD - Sign of Service Agreement), in the framework agreement on the supply of consumables, which will be concluded with one supplier (Annex 6 ZD - a framework agreement on consumption supplies)) and in the technical specification of the device and its accessories (Annex 3 ZD - Technical Specifications hereinafter referred to as "Technical Specifications"), Price Offer (Annex No. 5 ZD, hereinafter referred to as the "Price Offer" and in the ground plan of the place of performance (Annex 7 ZD).
