- As a contracting authority, the City of Smiřice plans to select a professional administrator and operator of the heat supply system in Smiřice, with which the lease agreement will be concluded (the proposal of Annex 6 of the tender documentation published on the contracting authority). The operator of the thermal energy supply system, of which the client is an exclusive owner, will produce the thermal energy in the heat sources of the thermal energy and to supply it to the contracting authorities as the dealer and other customers. The operator will also be obliged to perform a technical improvement of the subject Lean - see the tender documentation and its attachments in details.
