Description:
The purpose of the public contract "Operation and development of the SEPNO system from 01/2023" is to ensure the operation and development of the hazardous waste transport registration system (hereinafter "SEPNO"). operational and service support and maintenance - ensuring prthe operation of the SEPNO system.
B.Development of the SEPNO.
The conditions of fulfillment and the scope of the provided operational and service support and the development in the form of drawing on other services are defined in individual ZD appendices. The main part of performance within the framework of operational support and development are the following activities:
1. Operation of the system in the designated HW environment,
2.removal of defects within the deadlines specified in the draft contract,
3.standard service operations,
4.incident management, release management, change management,
5.operation of the test and development environment,
6.system development and maintenance system.
