- The subject of the contract in concession proceedings is services (concessions), providing safe and smooth operation of defined water management assets of the contracting authority, municipality of Studena, from 1 January 2026 to 31.12.2035, in accordance with national legislation, in particular Act No. 274/2001 Coll. and sewerage systems for public needs and on amendments to some laws, as amended. Operation of water management assets, ie water supply and sewerage system for public use, will be provided in a sectional operating model on the basis of a concession contract concluded with a selected supplier at this concession management.
