Description:
The subject of the public contract in concession proceedings are services (concessions) ensuring safe and smooth operation of water management assets of the contracting authority, voluntary union of municipalities Landštejn, for 10 years, from 1 January 2026 to 31.12.2035, in accordance with national legislation, in particular Act No.274/2001 Coll., On water supply and sewerage systems for public needs and on amendments to certain acts, as amended. Operation of water management assets, ie water supply to public use, will be provided in a sectional operating model on the basis of a concession contract concluded with a selected supplier inThis concession procedure.
