• Description:
• The subject of the performance of the public contract is the support and possible development of the operational and integration environment operated by the client (this operational and integration environment is also referred to as the "System"), while the subject of this public contract includes in particular the implementation of the following activities:
  •takeover services consisting of taking overdelivery of the System from the contracting authority on the basis of the takeover plan developed by the selected supplier (i.e. the new provider);
  •services to support the operation, management and maintenance of the System and support of entities using the services provided by the System during its operation, ensuring the implementation of relevant legal changes, forensuring the optimization of the operating System in the client's environment, including interaction with the client's data sources or third parties, according to the conditions described in this tender documentation, including all attachments. The scope and method of providing Operation Support Services is given in the form of catalog sheets. Part of the serviceseb operation support is the proper provision of cooperation in the integration of all systems of the contracting authority;
  •System development services, based on the client's change requirements, while the subject of development may also be the provision of training for key users, methodologies, administrators and end users of the System;
  •exit services associated with the final termination of the provision of services and consisting in the preparation and handing over of the System to the new provider at the end of the contractual relationship according to the instructions of the contracting authority;
  •part of the provision of services is also the creation and regular updating of the relevant technical, administrative, user...
