Description:
The purpose of the public order is the construction of the Optimization of the line Karlštejn (outside) - Beroun (outside). The construction solves the optimization of the existing pit. line and is located almost entirely on the existing railway line between the villages of Karlštejn and Beroun. The scope of the work is: construction of the building according to the back of the document incl. you supply attachments and offersle, processing of the construction implementation document and preparation of the documentation of the actual execution of the construction, including the geodetic part. Part of the preliminary performance of the public contract are also activities that will be carried out in connection with the rules of publicity of projects co-financed by the European Union within the framework of the CEF program. Appreciation of these activitiesconstruction publicity will be included in the bid price, publicity costs will be listed in the List of Works. The contractor reserves the right to ensure the publicity of the construction as a change to the contractual obligation in accordance with the provisions of § 100, paragraph 1 of the ZZVZ. The supplier will only be reimbursed for the actual scope of this performance. In the event that tato public contract will not be co-financed from EU funds, ensuring publicity will not be carried out.
