• Description:
• The subject of the public order is the experimental work, optimization and validation of the production process of sulfur-doped graphene, with the aim of systematically reducing the consumption of newly purchased dimethylformamide (DMF) through its controlled replacement with recycled DMF. The aim is to achieve a technologically stable, repeatable and industrially usable production process, its parameters will be verified by means of advanced analytical methods. The subject matter includes the design and experimental implementation of pre-defined variants of the process replaced by DMF, their implementation in repetitions as an element of statistical evaluation and subsequent comprehensive assessment of the effect on the quality of the entire material. The order includes, in particular, the synthesis of sodium-doped graphene under defined process conditions, their evaluation and characterization using advanced methodological procedures, such as SEM, XPS, FTIR, HRTEM/EDS and electrochemical measurement in two-electrode systems (cyclic voltammetry, galvanostatic tests, impedance spectroscopy). element of this analysis is confirmed as a substitute for DMF the recycled variant does not lead to degradation of the structure, chemical integrity or electrochemical performance of the material. The input of the contract will be complete mic and analytical reports, including synthesis results, photo documentation, statistically evaluated parameter, data interpretation and formulation recommended for introducing an optimized procedure into industrial practice.
